This program consists of eight weekly videos and an accompanying journal. I suggest that each week, you start by watching the video. Then work with the journal for that week.

Inside the journal, you'll find tons of useful information, along with journal prompts, action steps, and questions for reflection. This journal is designed to guide you through a journey of transformation.

Of course, your journey won't end after 8 weeks! I'll continue to be on my journey of healing and thriving for the rest of my life, and I hope you will too.

This program is your roadmap. It's the guide I wish I had when I was first starting out on my own journey. It focuses on the highest-impact steps you can take to optimize your lifestyle and work towards better skin health -- and better health overall.
